Abstract一种难浸金矿的提金工艺方法,采用硫酸化焙烧—烧渣二次低温酸性焙烧—中温硫酸化分解—氰化提金的连续作业,利用常规硫酸化焙烧工艺中产出的硫酸,对常规硫酸化焙烧的烧渣进行二次低温酸性焙烧氧化,之后进行中温焙烧分解硫酸盐,然后经过细磨再进行氰化浸出,使包裹在碳、砷、硫中的难浸金被高效回收;该方法将焙烧氧化法和酸性热压氧化法的优点特性统一在常压下实现,兼容了两种方法的优点,操作条件比较温和,反应速度快,工艺投资费用低,生产费用合适,环境友好,易于实现工业化生产。这种方法也适合于其它焙烧-浸出的湿法冶金系统。
