| Abstract | 本发明涉及灵芝孢子粉加工技术,具体公开一种能充分释放灵芝孢子粉有效成分的方法。采用微波软化处理方式,具体为：1)将灵芝孢子粉原料置入微波反应腔中,加入有机酸溶液,充分搅拌使均匀润湿；2)微波处理,施加微波功率,利用微波强化有机酸溶液与孢壁结构中几丁质及胶质的反应,使其部分溶解,在孢壁上制造出密集分布的纳米尺度孔洞或裂纹；3)减压蒸馏,排除有机酸溶液；所述微波功率施加方式为连续微波与脉冲微波相结合,先用连续微波辐照,至有机酸溶液回流,然后转换为脉冲微波,辐照5min～100min。本发明既提高孢子粉中有效成分(特别是多糖)的释放能力,又保证了孢子粉整体外型的完整性,避免易氧化有效成分的损失。 |
