| Abstract | 一种镍基微细球形粉末涂层材料,其特征在于：重量百分组成为Cr13—18,W3—7,Ta2—5,Si2—6,B1—6,C0．6—1．2,Ni余量。上述材料超声气体雾化制备工艺为∶雾化压力3.0—7．5MPa,雾化温度1350—1650℃,气体射流角度35—55°,导流管直径3．0—6．2mm。本发明在工业上易实现且性能优良,特别适于用作工业鼓风机叶片及衬板的耐磨涂层材料。 |
