| Abstract | 一种三维CT扫描材料试验机,其特征在于：在材料试验机包括疲劳、蠕变、持久、万能材料试验机等的实验台上装设一套三维工业CT扫描系统,三维工业CT扫描系统的射线源、与接收探测器围绕固定的受力试样运动。或者在材料试验机的实验台上、受力不旋转的试样周围安装旋转的或固定的多点、面状射线源及圆周探测器。本发明可以对材料在受力-变形-破坏过程中,材料内部缺陷和/或不均匀物质的行为特征,以及材料在试验过程中裂纹的萌生、扩展过程进行实时检测。 |
