| Abstract | 本发明涉及钢中残余应力的消除技术,具体为一种消除钢中残余应力的脉冲 电流处理方法,其可以在有效消除钢中残余应力的同时,基本不影响钢中的组织 结构。对具有残余应力的钢(比如淬火)进行脉冲电流处理,脉冲电流的工艺参 数如下：放电周期10μs～1000μs,最大峰值电流密度103～105A/cm2,单个脉冲的 持续时间10～10000μs。本发明的特点在于：脉冲处理后的材料在保持所需微结构 的同时部分乃至完全消除了材料中的残余应力；并且脉冲电流处理的时间短,效 率高,而且操作方便。 |
