| Abstract | 本发明涉及异种钢焊接领域,具体地说是一种单相奥氏体不锈钢(HR-2)与沉淀强化奥氏体不锈钢(J75)异质板材(厚度2.0～5.0mm)的真空电子束焊接方法。本发明的HR-2与J75不锈钢异质板材真空电子束焊接方法,采用母材焊前处理→真空焊接室内装夹固定→焊接室抽真空→定位焊接→电子束单循环焊接(电子束采用偏转扫描)→焊后电子束散焦扫描焊缝的工艺路线。采用本发明焊接的HR-2和J75异种金属接头,接头中无气孔、夹杂缺陷,且在焊接熔池及J75合金一侧的热影响区无贫γ′区形成；本发明方法焊接的HR-2与J75不锈钢异质板材接头表面成形好,接头强度高于680～700MPa,与HR-2不锈钢的强度系数可... |
