Abstract本发明涉及风蚀实验测试领域,具体为一种用于飞机风蚀实验测试的送粉器装置和工艺。该装置设有装料罐、进粉口、出粉口、弥散腔、气压平衡通道、聚四氟乙烯塑料密封件、气压分流平衡腔、滚筒、进气口、粉末输送通道、粉末直径流动束缚孔板等,在滚筒的可控匀速转动下,各个小孔中的粉末先后进入滚筒上对应的小凹槽中,到达粉末输送通道。在粉末输送通道与出粉口设置弥散腔,弥散腔与输送通道相切。粉末进入弥散腔内,在气流的带动下做圆周运动,并弥散均匀化,由出粉口送出的粉末连续均匀。本发明可以输送超细粉末,进行定量化送粉,送粉速率可以精确达到1g/min,满足风蚀实验测试的送粉要求,可以改变送粉速率,并实现每次输送粉末的定量化...
