| Abstract | 一种有机纤维的化学镀银方法,采用化学镀工艺,其特征在于在化学镀前将原料进行前处理,处理过程是：在丙酮溶液中超声清洗器中清洗；用硝酸溶液和盐酸溶液进行表面活化处理；用敏化剂SnCl2敏化；用催化剂PdCl2催化。本发明产品表面均匀,有光泽,电阻率低,附着强度高,导电纤维的柔软、柔韧性与原料纤维基本一样,纤维强度没有明显变化,并且工艺简单,成本低廉,纤维可以成匝施镀,因此可以直接用于工业化大批量生产。 |
