| Abstract | 本发明涉及金属材料焊接领域,特别提供了一种增强接头力学性能的搅拌摩擦焊接工艺,适用于焊接铝合金、镁合金、铜合金、钢铁等金属材料,解决现有技术中焊核区产生的热量也难以快速传输,以及HAZ的退火软化作用明显等问题。用小尺寸轴肩的搅拌头,以较低热输入的搅拌摩擦焊接参数进行焊接,在焊接过程中以高压流动冷却介质快速冷却焊缝,得到性能优异的搅拌摩擦焊接接头。本发明可以明显提高焊接接头的力学性能,尤其适用于沉淀强化型、加工硬化态有色金属材料及钢铁材料的焊接。 |
