| Abstract | 本实用新型涉及机械密封材料的制备技术,具体为一种制备大尺寸机械密 封用各向同性热解炭材料的设备,具有变压器、水冷系统、温控系统、沉积装 置、气体流量控制和尾气处理系统,所述沉积装置为固定床扰流沉积装置,反 应器下端开口处设有气体分配板,气体分配板中心设有倒锥形开口,气体分配 板上端为筛孔结构。本实用新型设计了气体分配板筛孔结构,这一设计实现了 各向同性热解炭材料在沉积基体上的连续、光滑的长时间沉积,为制备大尺寸 机械密封用各向同性热解炭材料奠定了基础。 |
