| Abstract | 一种贮氢合金PCT性能测试方法,用压力计或电离规测出总压强值Pt,用四极质谱计测得样品室所有气体的质谱,用石英振荡微天平计测量薄膜质量的微小变化即薄膜吸氢或放氢量的变化；根据公式计算得到氢分压pH2、氢浓度CH：从而绘制出PC曲线。本发明用质谱法测量氢分压结合动态的石英振荡微天平方法测量含氢量,在测量氢分压的同时测定贮氢材料的含氢量；由于质量测量方法和压力测量方法都是高精度的测量方法,因此测量达到前所未有的精度。 |
