Abstract一种自愈合抗氧化陶瓷/碳素复合材料,由50~80%的焦粉、20~50%的SiC和B4C粉压力成型烧结复合而成,其中B4C:SiC在0.2~0.8之间,其特征在于:SiC粉用纳米SiC和/或Si3N4粉替代,替代量占SiC加入量的30~100%。或者将SiC和B4C粉用机械合金化的Si/C/B复合粉替代,替代量占SiC和B4C粉总量的15~25%。本发明具有优良的高温抗氧化性能,且成本较低。
