| Abstract | 一种自愈合抗氧化陶瓷／碳素复合材料,由50～80％的焦粉、20～50％的SiC和B4C粉压力成型烧结复合而成,其中B4C:SiC在0．2～0．8之间,其特征在于：SiC粉用纳米SiC和／或Si3N4粉替代,替代量占SiC加入量的30～100％。或者将SiC和B4C粉用机械合金化的Si/C/B复合粉替代,替代量占SiC和B4C粉总量的15～25％。本发明具有优良的高温抗氧化性能,且成本较低。 |
