Abstract该新工艺流程主要由边磨边浸氰化提金新工艺和液膜萃取提金及回收氰化钠新工艺两部分组成,现已完成10吨/日级扩大试验,其主要设备塔式磨浸机、沉降分级机和液膜萃取塔运转正常。该工艺具有工艺流程短,设备台件少,生产能耗低,生产费用省,占地面积小和建厂投资少等优点。对入矿粒度15毫米的石英脉氧化矿,磨浸1.5小时,浸出率达91%~93%,NaCN消耗<0.3公斤/吨矿,乳水比1∶50,萃取剂循环次数20次,萃取率98%;萃余液中Au<0.04ppm,游离氰<0.5ppm。凡是适于全泥氰化处理的各种金矿均可采用该工艺,具有明显的社会经济效益。
