| Abstract | 该项成果是在国内外首次把重离子型稀土原生矿加入以硼砂为主的熔盐中，获得了模具钢硼－稀土涂层。应用该成果可提高模具表面硬度，消除渗硼层脆性，增加抗氧化性能。与常规处理模具相比，冷作模具寿命提高３０～４０倍；热作模具寿命提高３倍以上。 |
