| Abstract | 采用激光法在激光功率≤1.4kW条件连续高产率一体化年生产吨级纳米铁基粉全套技术及装置。生产品种：平径直径10或150mm的r-Fe<,2>O<,3>、r-Fe、Fe<,4>N，Fe（C1N）产率：单台年产吨级。单台生产新条件：厂房300m<'2>，电：80kW，水：4吨（循环用）。单台设备投资：280万元。产品用途： 1、高性能催化剂； 2、高性能紫外吸收剂； 3、优秀磁控靶向载体； 4、优秀的磁性材料。该技术已获国家发明专利两项。 |
