Abstract该项成果采用激光加热基座工艺生长出了Y—Ba—Cu—O高临界温度超导氧化物晶体丝,并获得临界电流密度达1800安培/平方厘米的Bi—Sr—Cu—O超导丝棒,它具有明显的择优取向性,达到了世界同类超导材料的先进水平。同时研制成功了国内第一台激光熔融晶体定向生长装置,其制造加工精度高,控制系统可靠,采用红外测温,晶体生长速度为0.01—10毫米/分,自转为5—30周/分,均无级连续可调。该成果具有广阔的应用前景。
