| Abstract | 苏尔寿鲁蒂片梭织机是当今纺织技术先进设备，扭力轴是该机核心部件，以往依赖进口，故其国产化十分重要。国外扭力轴的材料和工艺都要求较严，技术保密。该研究分析国外扭力轴部件的结果为基础，采取了与国外不同的设计工艺路线。用新型材料、新的工艺路线制作出的扭力轴材料有创新，性能良好，经长期运转试车，表明可用于生产。新型扭力轴性能达到国外产品水平，填补了国内空白。 扭力轴应用数量大，进口价格昂贵，其经济效益是可观的。 |
