| Abstract | 本发明属于铜合金表面处理领域，具体为一种铜合金材料酸洗液，按重量百分比计，其配方为：硫酸6～10％；磷酸6～10％；壬基酚聚氧乙基醚0.3～0.4％；苯骈三氮唑(BTA)0.015～0.025％；其余为水。本发明使用该配方对铜合金材料按一定的工艺条件进行酸洗，能够使铜坯饼试样表面显现明显的铜合金本色，清洗彻底，达到德国酸洗配方CA的水平。在经济效益上，此配方的成本投入只相当于德国配方CA的20％左右，效益相当可观。总之，此配方的酸洗质量良好、经济效益明显，可作为德国酸洗配方CA的国产化替代产品。200410087623.3 |
