| Abstract | 一种高耐蚀性的镍基完全非晶合金涂层的制备方法，其特征在于：以非晶合金粉末为原料，采用动力金属喷涂技术制得完全非晶涂层；所述非晶合金粉末由下述元素和不可避免的杂质组成，质量百分比：Nb26～28；Ti5～8；Zr 9～11；Co 4～6；Cu2～4；Ni余量；所述动力金属喷涂方法制备非晶合金涂层过程中，用惰性气体作为送粉气和粉末加速气体，惰性气体的温度T为500～750K，送粉压力P为50～100psi。本发明具有很好的应用前景，提供了一种使非晶合金的优异性能得以应用的潜在方法和思路。200510046340.9 |
