Abstract本文介绍了高压气瓶用钢的选材依据,试验结果和生产实践证明,新研制的35CrNiMoV高强度钢成分设计合理,冶炼、锻造、轧制、热处理易于控制,便于生产.钢具有较高的强韧性(σ<,s>≥1200MPa,σ<,b>≥1350MPa,A<,KV>≥50J/cm<'2>,σ<,b>/σ<,s>≤0.90)和良好的疲劳性能.用35CrNiMoV钢可以制造重量较轻、使用压力较高、疲劳寿命高的气瓶.
