爆炸处理降低焊接接头疲劳裂纹扩展速度机理研究

Abstract该文采用特殊焊缝配置和不同处理状态的紧凑拉伸试件进行疲劳裂纹扩展试验。试验证明爆炸处理不仅可在爆炸区造成残余压应力,而且还能改善爆炸区材料本身的组织结构。这两个因素都能使疲劳裂纹扩展速度显著下降。同时指出疲劳裂纹引发区的初始残余应力状态是影响疲劳裂纹扩展行为的关系因素。说明了残余压应力比相同数值的残余拉应力对疲劳裂纹扩展影响更大的现象。(本刊录)
