| Abstract | 对纳米粉体的分散研究进展进行了综述.对激光法Si/C/N、Si<,3>N<,4>、SiC等纳米粉体在有机溶剂和水中的分散进行了研究,研究结果表明,通过选择合适的分散剂和分散工艺,可以获得稳定的分散体系,对纳米SiC实现了单颗粒分散. |
