SiC粒径对Al<,2>O<,3>/SiC纳米复合陶瓷晶粒尺寸及密度的影响

Abstract采用20nm和150nm两种SiC纳米粉,通过无压烧结制备了Al<,2>O<,3>/SiC纳米复合陶瓷.分析了纳米SiC粒径对陶瓷的晶粒尺寸和密度的影响.结果表明,在同一SiC体积分数下,添加细SiC纳米粉(特别是50nm以下的SiC纳米粉)与添加较粗的SiC纳米粉相比,陶瓷的晶粒更细小,密度却较高.这对实现低温无压烧结高密度的Al<,2>O<,3>/SiC纳米复合微晶陶瓷有重要意义.
