Abstract进行了母材氢含量为80和230PPm的Tc4钛合金氩弧焊焊接头力学性能试验,发现在变形开始阶段氢引起的软化和中后期阶段的硬化和脆化现象.室温下,变形速度在10<'-2>~10<'-3>s<'-1>范围内面缩很低,出现脆性.分析认为,软化是由于氢减弱晶格结合强度、加快位错运动所致,硬化和脆化则是由于氢在晶界附近富集和位错堆积难以运动所致.为恢复因氢降低的力学性能,应进行真空去氢处理.
