Abstract本文研究了溅射CoNICrAlTaY及溅射CoNiCrAlTaY+搪瓷涂层在850℃的75﹪(mass)NaCl+25﹪(mass)Na<,2>SO<,4>熔盐和900℃空气中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:与溅射涂层相比,搪瓷涂层在熔盐中的抗腐蚀能力有明显提高,没有出现失稳氧化现象,涂层内部的成分也未见明显变化;搪瓷涂层提高了溅射层的抗恒温氧化性能,并且具有良好的粘附性,在整个试验过程中未发现明显剥落.
