Abstract利用带电化学测试系统的磁致伸缩空蚀试验机研究了20SiMn低合金钢在0.1M盐酸和加有炔氧甲基季铵盐的盐酸溶液中的空泡腐蚀行为,通过空蚀和静态条件下的自腐蚀电位变化、交流阻抗谱和动电位极化曲线的比较,分析了酸性介质中空蚀对20SiMn低合金钢的腐蚀加速机理.结果表明,空蚀对20SiMn低合金钢的电化学行为有显著影响,使自腐蚀电位正移90mV,使电化学腐蚀速率增大4倍.炔氧甲基季铵盐在静态0.1MHC溶液中的缓蚀效率为95﹪,在空蚀条件下,其缓蚀效率下降到56﹪.20SiMn在0.1M HCl溶液中的空蚀破坏机制有别于3﹪ NaCl溶液,空蚀破坏不仅在铁素体相发生,在珠光体上也出现明显的脆性空蚀裂纹.
