时效对镁合金AZ80腐蚀疲劳寿命的影响

Abstract本文研究了时效T5(177℃保温16h)对镁合金AZ80组织、力学性能和腐蚀疲劳寿命的影响.实验表明:时效增加了镁合金的β相体积分数,从而提高了镁合金的机械强度,但降低了韧性;提高了镁合金的自腐蚀电位E<,corr>,降低了腐蚀速率.在空气中,AZ80存在疲劳极限.AZ80-T5的疲劳极限与AZ80-F(时效前的挤制态)的疲劳极限相差无几,在90~105MPa之间.在空气中,AZ80-T5的疲劳寿命比AZ80-F的疲劳寿命短.在3.5﹪NaCl溶液中,载荷在90MPa以上,AZ80-T5的疲劳寿命比AZ80-F的短,这与在空气中的情况类似;载荷在90MPa以下,AZ80-T5的疲劳寿命比AZ80-F的长.腐蚀疲劳裂纹萌生于试样表面的点蚀坑.
