Abstract建立了能描述在快速连续凝固条件下偏晶合金凝固过程的数学模型,并将其与该条件下的温度场和浓度场控制方程进行了耦合求解,模拟了快速连续凝固条件下Al-Pb合金的凝固组织演变过程.结果表明在固-液界面前方存在—过冷区,在此区域内熔体发生液-液分解.在液滴长大、Stokes运动和Marangoni迁移的共同作用下,弥散相液滴的数量密度和平均半径随着向固-液界面的接近而增大.计算也表明,随着凝固速度的提高,形核率升高,弥散相液滴的数量密度增大,平均半径减小.
