沉淀硬化钢钢结TiC合金的制备与显微结构

Abstract本文采用采用合金/元素粉末,经普通/高能球磨混料后在不同烧结温度下制备了TiC钢结合金,并对其微观结构、致密化情况进行了研究。结果表明:元素粉末制备的不同含量(10%~40%)TiC钢结合金样品的致密性较差,存在较多明显的疏松和孔洞;而采用合金粉末时普通/高能球磨混料均能成功制备出Tic颗粒分布均匀,完全致密化的TiC钢结合金。普通混料条件下,能够制备成功40%Tic钢结合金的烧结温度为1420℃,经高能球磨处理后,最低烧结温度降为1350℃.
