微量B和C对铸造TiAl合金高温性能的影响

Abstract研究了微量B和C对铸造γ-TiAl基合金高温拉伸性能和高温蠕变性能的影响.结果表明,在合金中加入微量的C,能使合金1100℃以下的高温强度显著提高,高温持久寿命也大大延长.持久断裂后的显微组织分析表明,加C合金的片层比较稳定,开裂主要发生在晶界.另外,金相组织观察表明,在B含量稍高的合金中蠕变孔洞常常在硼化物处优先形成并扩展,因而对高温持久性能不利.
