Abstract  本文研究了用快淬制备的铸态和退火处理后的颗粒合金膜Co20NixCu80-x(0≤X≤20)的磁电阻和磁性能,与高Ni的样品相反的是,低Ni的样品在低温下△R/R上升,无论低Ni或高Ni样品的剩余磁化强度Mr和矫顽力HC都随退火温度的上升而增加。
