循环轧制法制备Ti/TiAl3层状复合材料

Abstract本文采用循环轧制复合加热处理工艺制备了Ti/TiAl3层状复合材料.研究表明Ti/Al真空预热压复合板材经过600℃的循环轧制,变形量达到63%后,再进行600℃,3h的真空热处理,可以得到Ti/TiAl3交替复合的层状复合材料.分析了轧制变形量对Ti/Al反应扩散的影响,确定了Ti/Al的界面反应产物,讨论了Ti/Al反应扩散层中孔洞形成的机理.
