Abstract本文研究了Ti47.5Ni475Cu5合金的相变行为,在该合金中Cu原子既占镍位又占钛位.结果表明Ti475Ni475Cu5在各种热处理制度下都是由基体和少量富Cu相、富Ti相构成.在550℃,5h时效处理时,基体相的Cu含量较高,富Cu相较少.Ti475Ni475Cu5样品的相变行为比较复杂,与Ti50Ni50-xCux合金不同,并受到热处理制度的影响.在850℃,15min淬火处理下,相变由B2→B19';在550℃,5h时效处理时出现两阶段相变.
