新型粉末冶金工艺制备γ-TiAl基合金

Abstract本文采用一种新型粉末冶金工艺制备了γ-TiAl基合金,即将Ti粉和TiAl3粉末按照比例混合,利用热等静压(HotIsostaticPressing)和热处理工艺制备了γ-TiAl基合金.从粉末制备、包套设计、包套材料选择等方面对这种工艺方法进行了详尽说明.热等静压试验结果表明,经过1000℃/80MPa/2h的热等静压后合金组织致密度达到理论密度的97%.合金经过真空热处理后可以得到具有不同组织的γ-TiAl基合金.
