Abstract采用溶胶-凝胶法制备锐钛矿TiO2,烧结构造出Pt/TiO2,通过在施主气体(1000ppmCO)和受主气体(1000ppmO2)不同温度下的敏感性研究,发现Pt/TiO2在同一温度下对施主和受主气体均有较好的敏感性,通过不同周期下各种气体循环后发现Pt/TiO2材料的可靠性产生明显差异.最后从研究材料性能的变化直观地给出了Pt/TiO2气敏材料在单一气体中的高可靠性.
