AbstractM963镍基铸造高温合金低周疲劳变形的主要方式为平面滑移.在800℃实验时,在较高和中等外加总应变幅下,主要以位错偶和堆垛层错的方式剪切γ'相;在较低外加总应变幅下,则形成位错胞状结构.实验温度较高(≥900℃)时,位错被限制在狭窄的基体通道内.低周疲劳裂纹多萌生于自由表面、疏松、氧化物夹杂和表面氧化的碳化物等处.在所有实验条件下,疲劳裂纹均是以穿晶方式萌生.疲劳裂纹的扩展与实验温度密切相关.实验温度低于800℃时,疲劳裂纹以穿晶方式扩展;实验温度为900℃时,疲劳裂纹以穿晶和沿晶混合方式扩展;实验温度为950℃时,疲劳裂纹主要沿晶界和枝晶界扩展.
