Abstract本文介绍了部分钢铁材料自身表面纳米晶层的微观组织结构特征、力学性能以及耐蚀性能.表面层组织均匀过渡,纳米晶层是由单相纳米晶或均匀分布的多相纳米级晶粒构成的单相或复相纳米组织.表面纳米晶层的硬度可达基体硬度的3~4倍.表面纳米晶层耐腐蚀性能强于基体,低碳钢均匀腐蚀速度提高,晶界腐蚀速度降低;中高碳钢可能出现相转变;也可能由于耐蚀元素的重新分布导致材料耐蚀性增加.表面纳米晶层的氮化温度和氮化时间降低,易于制备氮化层,提高材料的耐蚀行为.
