超临界水法回收再生废旧塑料过程中合金的腐蚀

Abstract研究了两种不锈钢和两种镍基舍金在模拟超临界水法快速降解废旧塑料制品环境中的耐腐蚀性,结果表明:两种不锈钢材料304L和AL6XN在320℃且有Cl离子存在的条件下,经过96小时暴露试验,均匀腐蚀严重,发生轻微点蚀;相比较而言,两种镍基合金的均匀腐蚀较轻,但Inconel 718发生严重点蚀,而Alloy 671材料在该环境中表现出较好的耐蚀性,可用作制造高压釜反应器的材料,极有发展潜力.
