电渣加热冒口在铸造轧辊上的应用

Abstract采用电渣加热冒口可以减小冒口尺寸,提高工艺出品率.电渣加热冒口在国内外已经有所应用,在大型铸件上应用电渣加热冒口收效尤其显著.在大型轧辊铸造过程中应用电渣加热冒口,可以有效地避免疏松、裂纹等铸造缺陷.电渣加热冒口的操作是一个复杂的工艺过程,不同尺寸的冒口,加热工艺参数各不相同.通过计算机模拟铸件的凝固过程,可以更准确地确定电加热工艺参数,优化电加热工艺.
