Abstract应用反应磁控溅射技术,在玻璃基底(载玻片)上制备出纳米TiO2薄膜,X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明薄膜为锐钛矿相,纳米TiO2薄膜经紫外光照射后具有优良的亲水性能.采用上海中晨电动自动调节型接触角仪,对紫外灯照射前后的薄膜表面的亲水性进行了检测,获得TiO2薄膜接触角的详细数据.运用表面能理论,应用YGGF理论方程计算二氧化钛的表面能及其各个分量,并且结合能带理论,对影响表面能的因素作了理论分析,这对亲水性研究具有重要的理论意义.
