K452合金在长期时效期间的微结构演化

Abstract本文详细地研究了新型铸造镍基高温合金K452在长期时效过程中的微结构演化。结果表明,在长期时效期间,γ′的形貌始终为球形,而M23C6碳化物的形貌则从枝晶状演化到不规则块状再到规则的多面体状。MC碳化物分解先后涉及了三个反应,即MC+γ→M23C6+γ′(ReactipmⅠ),MC+γ→M23C6+η(ReactionⅡ)和MC+γ→α-(W,Mo)+η(ReactionⅢ)。晶界发生粗化,晶界M23C6碳化物也由分散的小颗粒逐渐变为连续的链状。
