Abstract铸态样品经过900℃×500h直接时效后,在枝晶间析出了具有特定取向关系的片状μ相,研究表明:这些μ相不是由γ基体析出,而是由粗化后的γ′相中析出,位相关系为{111}γ′//{0001}μ和〈110〉γ′//〈1120〉μ.μ相的不均匀分布导致了相变应力的产生,形成了筏化结构.大量μ相的析出恶化了合金的室温塑性。
