Abstract研究了不同的凝固速率对DD432单晶高温合金凝固组织的影响。结果表明:随凝固速率的增加,凝固界面由粗枝状组织向细枝状组织演变,枝晶越来越细小,一次枝晶间距和二次枝晶间距也相应减小。但高次枝晶的程度不随凝固速率的增加而减弱.当凝固速率为6mm/min时,二次枝晶臂非常发达,甚至在某些二次枝晶臂上生长出了三次枝晶臂.在凝固速率为2~8 mm/min范围内,无论是γ/γ′共晶相还是MC型碳化物,它们的尺寸、形态以及在枝晶间的分布都与抽拉速率之间没有必然的联系。
