Abstract研究了纳米Ti-24Nb-4Zr-8Sn合金的热稳定性。结果表明在低于和高于β转变温度(~650℃)进行退火处理,该纳米合金的晶粒长大激活能分别为47 kJ/mol和206 kd/mol.由于析出α相对β晶粒的钉轧作用,在低于500℃进行退火处理合金晶粒尺寸可小于100 nm.在500~650℃之间退火处理,可得到亚微米晶粒尺寸.在β转变温度(~650℃)以上进行退火处理,晶粒可在短时间内迅速长大到微米级尺寸.
