Abstract采用DSC和XRD,研究了Ni47Ti44Nb9合金热挤压和冷轧管材的相变和织构。结果表明:热挤压管材中多数晶粒的取向靠近{111},退火温度升高,Ms点下降,热滞增大,850℃/90 min退火后的织构接近{121}{210}、{111}{110}和{211}<011>;冷轧管材中的织构主要为{111}<110>和{112}<110>,随退火温度升高,Ms,As点上升,热滞减小,850℃/90min退火后的织构接近{221}<110>和{111}<110>:850℃/90min退火的热挤压和冷轧管材的相变温度和热滞相近。
