粉末冶金Ti-60合金的显微组织研究

Abstract采用预合金化粉末-热等静压成形-后续热处理工艺,制备含稀土的600℃高温钛合金Ti-60,对该合金原始粉末进行表征,研究合金制备过程中显微组织的演变过程,并与传统制备工艺进行对比分析.结果表明:预合金化粉末形状主要为球形,粒度大的粉末存在空心结构,内部为α'马氏体组织;热等静压成形后结构致密,在β单相区进行热处理后的原始晶粒尺寸与传统工艺相比得到明显细化,稀土相颗粒小而弥散.
