Abstract采用阳极氧化法使用含F电解液(1 mol/L(NH4)2SO4,0.15 mol/LNH4F)在Ti-24Nb-4Zr-8Sn表面生成一层纳米管阵列氧化膜.研究了阳极氧化电压和氧化时间对生成纳米管形貌和尺寸的影响以及纳米管的化学成分和相组成.结果表明,在相同的氧化时间下,随着阳极氧化电压的增加,纳米管的直径和长度都增加.通过优化实验参数,可以生成直径为30~170 nm,长为2~13μm的纳米管阵列.阳极氧化后其氧化物成分为非晶型TiO2,经热处理后可转变为锐钛矿.
