| Abstract | 使用市售的两种不同尺寸的前驱体喷涂粉末，采用大气等离子喷涂技术制备纳米氧化锆涂层。运用XRD、SEM和TEM分析手段对喷涂用原料和涂层的显微结构、物相组成进行了分析，探讨了喷涂用粉末的尺寸大小对涂层的形成及组织结构的影响。 |
