镁合金与几种材料电偶腐蚀的研究

Abstract在0.05MNaCl+0.5MNa2SO4(PH=4.0)溶液中,采用恒电位仪测量了镁与纯铝、工业纯锌、工业纯钛以及OCr13Ni5Mo不锈钢四种材料的电偶电流,结果为Mg-Al电偶电流最小,Mg-OCr13Ni5Mo电偶电流最大。同时测量了阳极氧化膜和磷酸盐转化膜与基体镁合金的电偶电流,分析了阳极氧化膜和磷酸盐转化膜的耐蚀机理。
