固溶处理对高氮不锈钢空蚀行为的影响

Abstract利用磁致伸缩空蚀实验机研究了高氮不锈钢固溶处理前后在蒸馏水和3%NaCl溶液中的空蚀行为.利用扫描电镜(SEM)跟踪观察了试样表面的空蚀形貌,测量了静态和空蚀条件下的极化曲线,并分析了空蚀变形的机理.结果表明:固溶处理后高氮钢在蒸馏水和3%NaCl的空蚀抗力分别是固溶处理前的1.98和1.88倍,从3%NaCI中的极化曲线可以看出,固溶处理后的静态和动态耐蚀性都得到一定提高,但固溶处理后腐蚀分量占总失重的比例反而高于未经过固溶处理的材料,表明固溶处理后材料空蚀抗力的提高主要来自力学性能因素.
